AB4 - 2TWIST
Continuos cycle twisting machine Mod. AB4-2TWIST for manufacturing twisted-in-wire brushes and plastic-coated wire brushes with adjustable section from 0,8 to 3,5 mm. Easy change-over from one model to another, helped by a PC, makes the AB4 extremely versatile and efficient. The machine can work synthetic fibre and some natural fibres using either a single or double stock box. The range of the fibre sizes the machine can work are from 30 mm to 140 mm (200 mm. upon request). The machine can produce twisted brushes up to 1300 mm length. The trim is made by a trimming head with revolving cutters and it can be of one single diameter, a combination of different diameters or conical shape, for natural, synthetic or metal fibers. Special equipment available (such as milling unit featuring carbide/diamond plates) for trimming particular fibers. At the end of the brush cycle, the twisted steam wire is cut to length and the finished brush drops into a holder, at the bottom of the machine. The machine can use large size wire reels and has a large capacity stock box allowing for prolonged, continuos and independent production. The machine meets all requirements in Laws for Safety and Health imposed by the European Community and it is certified by the CE mark.
