SMART-R32
Automatic 3 stations carousel machine model SMART-R32, with 2 filling tools and 2 drills, for the production of all kinds of brooms and brushes filled with radial tufts. Machine speed up to 500 RPM (1.000 tufts/min).
The SMART-R32 is a carousel machine with 3 stations (blocks loading and off-loading, drilling and filling) which operate simultaneously and are able to handle two pieces at a time. The carriages are moved by 3 axes electronically driven by servomotors and controlled by Personal Computer. The machine is equipped with a set of carriages for the production of radial filled brooms and brushed up to a length of 400mm. Manual loading of the blocks onto the machine. The drilling station is equipped with 2 electro spindles. The filling station has two filling tools driven by twin-cam system; filling tool stroke 60mm (85mm or 135mm also available) to work with fibre up to 240mm length (300mm with 85mm stroke or 400mm with 135mm stroke); filling tool sizes available from 20 to 75. The machine has the capability to feed staple-wire or anchor-bar via an electronic wire feeding system and can work all kinds of synthetic fibres as well as natural fibres like Coco and Palmyra. Machine speed up to 500 RPM with 60mm stroke (430 RPM with 85mm stroke or 380 RPM with 135mm stroke). Manual or automatic off-load of the finished brushes.
