Automatic, Horizontal filling machine Mod. JUPITER with one filling tool and one drill for the production of industrial cylinder brushes, disc brushes and lag brushes. The machine is controlled by 5 indipendent electronic axes achieved via a PC and “brushless” servo-motors that allow a radial and parallel tufting or any combination. The maximum flare angle for Cylinder and Lag Brushes is 40° on each edge and 50° for Disc Brushes. There are two versions available depending on the stroke of the filling tool: - 200 mm stroke, that can work a maximum fiber length of 500 mm (unfolded) 19.6’’ - 280 mm stroke, that can work a maximum fiber length of 700 mm (unfolded) 27.5’’ The extreme versatility of the machine allows the user to change the set-up from Cylinder Brushes to Lag Brushes, to Disc Brushes in a matter of minutes.
