PITAGORA IS AN AUTOMATIC, HORIZONTAL “TURRET” FILLING MACHINE WITH ONE FILLING TOOL AND ONE DRILL FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TECHNICAL CYLINDER BRUSHES, DISC BRUSHES AND LAG BRUSHES.
The extreme versatility of PITAGORA allows the user to change the set-up from Cylinder Brushes to Lag Brushes, to Disc Brushes in a matter of minutes. The machine can produce several different Brush dimensions in one cycle with a combination of filling angles such as radial or parallel. Trimming unit included in the loading/off-loading station featuring computer programmable cutting shape.
