Two filling heads for filling cored matrix blocks or forms.Two station bridge with holders to hold the matrix blocks or forms that are to be filled. The bridge uses two axes of movement (X & Y) to move the bridge with perpendicular tufting. The bridge movements are computer controlled and programmable and are achieved using stepper-motors. The bridge comes with one brush matrix program and 120 cored matrix blocks relative to the customer's request. To ensure a clean working environment, the machine includes a self-contained suction unit for dust and fibers that may fall during the picking and filling cycle.
