Single fill, vertical machine Mod. S4V designed to produce industrial brushes.The S4V-250 version with a 250 mm stroke can work brushes with maximum length of unfolded fibres up to 500 mm. The S4V-100 version with a 100 mm stroke can work brushes with maximum length of unfolded fibres up to 230 mm.Optional devices allow the production of cylindrical brushes with max. core length up to 2000 mm and rotary disk brushes with max. block diameter up to 900 mm.Production speed depends upon the operator's skill (usual speed up to 100 tufts/minute).The machine meets all requirements in Laws for Safety and Health imposed by the European Community and it is certified by the CE mark.
