The Model SHARP6 continuous cycle trimmer/flagger is used to trim, flag and finish a vast range of brushes and brooms. The SHARP6 is a rotary system comprised of a trimming station (frontal knife if required), two flagging heads (counter rotating), a finishing trimmer (rotary-drum) and two beater brushes to “fluff” the flagging. At the end of the working cycle (trimming/flagging/finishing) the finished broom is off-loaded automatically into a chute placed underneath the loading station. The rotation speed of the carousel is driven by an inverter. A powerful self-contained suction system removes the dust and excess trimmed material generated by the various finishing stations, keeping the machine and operation clean. The machine meets all requirements in Laws for Safety and Health imposed by the European Community and the machine is certified by the “CE” mark.
